I completed my undergraduate work at Kent State University in Ohio, graduating with two degrees: B.S. in Education with a Biology major and a General Science minor and a B.S. in Recreation with a major in Camp Administration and Outdoor Education. After moving to Wisconsin, I took additional elementary coursework at the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh and have taken classes at other universities throughout the state. I earned a Master of Arts in Education from Viterbo University. I am currently certified to teach at the elementary, middle school, and secondary levels. Additionally I hold a reading license.
I have taught in both public and private schools and at various levels. I began teaching fifth grade at Most Precious Blood Catholic School in 2003. What I like best about teaching at MPB is the friendly and supportive community of our school. From staff to students to parents, there is a true sense of caring. It is a joy to be teaching here!
